I used paper muffin liner…but didn’t grease it and the sides stuck to the paper! So…don’t use paper and bake it directly in the pan is probably the best idea like the author of the recipe!
oH! And since I didn’t have buttermilk, I put 2/3 tablespoon on vinegar in the milk and let it sit for 5minutes as a substitute for buttermilk =]
